Delivery Policies

A. Delivery Time

• Bandung: 1 - 2 working days.
• Outside Bandung: 2-6 working days.

This delivery schedule is valid after we have received the payment for the orders. For deliveries outside the island of Java, kindly take into account another 1 to 3 working days on top of the listed estimation above due to potential unforeseen circumstances that may be faced by our couriers.

Please note that we do not deliver on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), as well as on National Holidays.

B. Delivery Fees

All delivery fee will automatically be entered into our customers’ total purchase amount before they will be prompted to confirm their payment on our website. The rate is based on the respective couriers that have been chosen for each individual delivery, which may also be cross-checked with each courier’s official website.

C. Logistics and Delivery Partners

JSP962 has carefully partnered with all logistics and delivery institutions included in our website. Each will be responsible to serve JSP962’s customers in different regions. We reserve the right to handpick the most qualified and trustworthy partners in our effort to assist our customers. JSP962 prioritizes customer satisfaction, including package safety and punctual delivery.

D. Check Delivery Status

All delivery status can be tracked via each of the available courier’s official website.

E. Change of Address and Sending to a Different Address

1. Change of address can be done separately from the customers’ default address on registered accounts. All customers can access the feature via ‘My Account’ menu under ‘Address Book.’
2. Customers may also send their orders to different addresses if their intention is to send the items as gifts and/or other purposes.
