1. Account Registration

Before purchasing any of JSP962’s products, it is recommended for customers to register an account on the website first for ease of shopping.

Data that is needed upon registration will be:

• Full name
• Contact numbers
• Full address

Please provide us with accurate data to prevent any delays.

Customers’ accounts will consist of usernames, passwords, e-mail addresses, etc. Customers will be responsible for their respective account’s authorization and usage according to valid terms and conditions, including but not limited to protect their password’s safety and privacy. We suggest for customers to regularly change their passwords from time to time to anticipate any potential virtual attacks that pose a threat to their private account information.

2. Ordering

Ordering is done on a first-come-first-serve basis. Any orders that have been added to a customer’s cart but not checked out are not final. As such, JSP962 has the right to give the item to another customer who has finalized and checked out their orders first.

Customers will be notified via a confirmation e-mail when their items are procured and ready to be delivered. Logging out of the website and checking out will render customers unable to add more items into that particular order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel customers’ orders and customers reserve the right to cancel their orders at any time before payment is scheduled. Any paid orders cannot be canceled. Item exchange policies apply to some but not all items.

3. Order Processing

JSP962 reserves the right to not process customers’ orders for reasons listed below:

• Payment cannot be accessed (Insufficient amount, no payment confirmation, incomplete payment, etc)
• Website experiencing technical errors 
• Products are unavailable (out of stock / sold out)

4. Price

Prices listed on this website is in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Prices can change at any time without prior notifications according to market conditions.

5. Payment

We provide our customers with 2 payment methods at the moment:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, OCBCNISP, BRI)
• Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express) 

All account numbers will be under the name of PT. Jusindo Sumberprakarsa. All payment must be confirmed on this website. Payment methods and tutorial can be accessed on our website.

6. Delivery Policies

All deliveries will be conducted on Monday to Friday each week. Delivery time is divided into 2 categories:

• Same day delivery: All items will be sent on the same day as when the orders are finalized only if they are submitted before 13.00 WIB.
• Next day delivery: All items will be sent on the next day after the orders are finalized.

We do not deliver on National holidays.

7. Product Description

We take pride in displaying accurate product descriptions on our website which consist of photos, colors, materials, and size charts. Please note that the product colors displayed on the photos and on the actual product customers receive may happen due to each customer’s individual gadget’s color display inaccuracy.
