Policies for Returns and Exchanges
Items that qualify as returnable and exchangeable are:
- Items that do not match customer’s orders
- Damaged products
Item Exchange Policies:
- All products that are exchanged or returned must stay in a good and pristine condition as they are before delivery (not dirty, damaged, with hangtags still attached and not cut off ).
- Exchanges are allowed within 2 days from the date of arrival listed on the package JSP962 has sent out to customers. In the event that the products wanted by customers are out of stock, we will refund the amount of the product’s worth in the form of credit store (money amount on your bank account).
- Delivery fee for all items that are returned to JSP962 will be paid for by customers according to the rate that is already determined by the courier. In the case of exchanging items, the aforementioned rule still applies for all items returned to JSP962, but we will be responsible for the delivery fee of outgoing items for exchange.
- We are not responsible for any item damages and / or losses that are caused by the courier during delivery.
- We will help customers cross-check any items that are damaged or missing in delivery due to a mistake on a courier’s service.
